"We love this place and stay here often. The location is easy to find and the breakfast is excellent. Parking is tight because of the onsite restaurant."

"A very charming and unique hotel. The staff are pleasant, but they seemed to be a bit short staffed, particularly on the week days. We only had breakfast one day because the selection was a bit limited and they were out of a couple things that were not replenished before we were done. I suspect that with more staff, they were better stocked on the weekend. We left on Saturday morning and there were more people at breakfast. The breakfast is quite inexpensive. I also have some concerns about the feral cats running around the property. My little Yorkie barked at one of them, so she came at us, fast! I picked him up to protect him, so she continued to run after me, trying to claw at my leg as I ran toward the door. Feral cats usually will not do this unless they have a neurological disorder or rabies, so be careful. Some guests were petting several and they were fine, but this one did not sit with the pack."

"The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty basic, but very well located and convenient shuttle to the Vicenza Oro Fair. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, there was just an odor coming from the bathroom which is sometimes typical in certain older buildings. The car transport that we hired through the hotel to go back to Milan was 15 mins late, and very expensive. That was the only truly negative experience. There are not that many options in Vicenza so I definitely recommend the hotel and would consider staying there again."

"Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of town. Nicole who was front of house was marvellous. I had a technical issue in my room and she had my room changed within 10 mins. Fantastic customer service. The small rooms are very small, but perfectly comfortable. The bigger room I was moved to was lovely, light and airy. Great shower. Comfy bed with clean white bedding. Good AC. And breakfast was a great buffet, full of options, with excellent coffee being made freshly for you by two lovely members of the team. I will definitely stay again"
