"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible. "Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer.
