"للاسف لم يكن موضح في الموقع مكان الفندق بشكل دقيق حيث لا تصل السيارة اليه مما اضطرنا الى جر امتعتنا في طلوع الجبل وطلوع سلم "

"This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill....

"The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...

"تجربة سيئة جداً تم حجز ليلتين عن طريقكم في نفس الفندق وبعد تسجيل الدخول لم يعجبني الفندق قالو لي اصلاً هذا الفندق مافيه حجز من النت واجبروني على دفع 500 ريال اضافيه قلت انا حاجز من موقع هوتيلز قالو اصلاً مانتعامل مع المواقع في الانترنت وريتهم الحجز ودفع رفضو وقالو ادفع مبلغ غير الاول ؟؟؟؟؟"

"Great staff very modern chic hotel. Staff specially Ahmed and Mohammed very helpful . They want to make sure customers feel at home. Will definately visit again. Breakfast Is.great worth it"

"A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform...
