Everyone at front desk was excellent! All cheerful, well-mannered and very helpful! From printing out a document I needed, to recommendations and turning air down to 18, etc."

"We had a great stay at the Pacific Hotel Fortino. The included breakfast was above average, the rooms were great, the staff was super. Parking was interesting getting into the garage. Taxi to downtown was only 8 euros. The only negative was that there was no A/C but the windows opened to cool the room at night."
