"Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say...

"roomy and nice location, but the room was too dirty. We had to clean the room before staying"

"Great place to stay in downtown, a bit hard to get to it, but once you find it, it is all good."

"Great Stay. Close to many things."

"For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great."

"Very happy with the place. Spacious bedrooms, modern tech, and hosts were very nice and responsive."

"I recommend this for your next stay"

"Great stay. Prime location right on 6th street so you know it was a party! Had a couple things not working property manager came quickly and fixed them! Will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent apartment very big perfect location with great gym and swimming pool had everything we needed would recommend 100%"
