"Booking was hassle free and we checked in late due to train delays. Jade receptionist was so friendly. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast and not pay for it.. though its ok.Food in Switzerland are all organic and very good quality. Veggies and fruits are cheaper than in USA and we love fruits and vegetables which is a plus for us. "

"This was my 1st stay in a hostel in 33 years and I was very impressed with the facilities, the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of everything in our room and the free breakfast. We had a twin room which had the benefit of a balcony with seating and a fabulous view towards the lake. Bedding and towels were provided. My only criticism of the whole experience would be that the room was quite hot, although a helpful large fan was provided. I would certainly recommend the hostel, the staff and the free transport card to anyone wanting to stay in Geneva and not spend a fortune (this looked much nicer than more expensive but very basic hotel rooms)."
