"This is unique accommodation... in some ways it felt like going on school camp (the room) but with the most delicious french 4 course meal (which was anything but camp food!). The main building was covered in scafolding / maintenance which was a shame but the public bath was excellent. The shuttle service was excellent and service at dinner impeccable.

"Nice staff, great restaurant on site and great location. The hotel is a little dated but very clean and well maintained"

"The staff was impeccable, the room was lovely and peaceful, the food was phenomenal. I felt like a queen here. Gardens and onsen are top notch. Service was perfect. I cannot wait to return!!"
