Awesome home in Ciudad Quesada

We are pleased to present this luxuriously appointed, modern property located right on the outskirts of the popular town of Quesada. The spacious villa features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which has an integrated spa with private Jacuzzi.

You can enjoy your meals and relax in the sun on the large south-facing sun terrace, which is furnished with luxurious garden furniture. The villa is located just 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Moncayo in Guadarmar. There you will also find fabulous restaurants offering excellent local cuisine and wines. Alicante airport is only a 45 minute drive away.

Quesada is very popular with Scandinavians and many now live here permanently. It is also popular with many during the winter months due to the very mild climate and salty, healthy air.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 81.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
