Outside the villa has a large garden with outdoor furniture, private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, space to park your car and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Inside the villa is fully furnished and equipped and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room with American kitchen... The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and internet/WiFi.

In Ciudad Quesada you will find all the amenities you need, including several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, seasonal water park, 18-hole golf course 'La Marquesa Golf'... And it is less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura!

Passports / ID Registration:

In compliance with the current legislation, after booking you will have to send us by email before arrival copies / photos of the passports / ID's of all the guests.

Arrival & Key Collection:

On your day of arrival you will be able to pick up the keys at our office located in Ciudad Quesada. If the office is closed, we will leave you the keys in one of our secure key boxes located just outside of our office in Ciudad Quesada. We will provide detailed instructions before arrival.
