"This was the 3rd time me and my family have stayed at this beautiful villa. I can not say anything bad about it. We just love it. The location is great. A 30 minute drive from Alicant airport. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and La Marquesa golf club. Beautiful views of the gold club and surrounding areas. A short walk into the town centre too.Everything about this villa we love. It’s clean, bright, lots of amenities that makes our holiday easier. Everything thought of. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer etc. Lots of outdoor seating. The area around the Vila also is clean, tidy and so quiet My kids were never out the pool which is a brilliant size and Michael comes and cleans it again during your stay. We will of course be back again and I will always recommend this villa! "

"Our 4-night stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! The property exceeded all expectations – it was beautifully maintained, incredibly well-equipped, and the private swimming pool was an absolute highlight. We spent hours relaxing by the water, and it truly made our holiday special. What truly set this experience apart, though, were the hosts, Peter and Hilde . Their hospitality was outstanding! From the warm welcome to their constant availability, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, they were there with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. The house itself had all the amenities we could ask for – a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean, modern spaces. It’s clear the owners take pride in their property. For a short getaway or a longer vacation, this is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Thank you, Peter and Hilde, for making our holiday unforgettable! "First time ever being to Quesada. Apartment was perfect for me and my two kids. Shared pool right out the back. Ruben and Katie were so helpful from the start and always in communication if I needed to. Allowed me to check in 2 hours early also. Honestly it was just perfect, the area is so clean and everywhere is so peaceful. Will definitely be returning "

"From the moment I booked this holiday apartment the communication was fantastic. Not only from the owner but also from Judith who looks after the apartment. We only went for a 3 day break and couldnt fault anything. Quesada town is only a 25 minute walk away or if you're like us 5 in a taxi. There is a beautiful Italian restaurant just up the road and a lively little pub with some kind of entertainment most evenings.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering it."

"This is a fantastic villa with amazing outside space. The accommodation was perfect for the whole family of six adults with plenty of space to spread out. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a home to home experience. Ruben you were a great host thank you. There ae local bars just a few mins walk away and the centre of Quesada is 15 minutes walk away. We had an awesome time thank you. Highly recommended."

"We had a brilliant time at the this villa. We have stayed here before and would recommend. It is well equipped and in a fantastic location. The pool is lovely. It is an older villa but very well maintained. We had a few minor niggles but the property manager is great and very responsive. "
