"Very cute and cozy cottage.. the address is wrong on the listing, however.. This made me worry.in the area for a family reunion. Rented a pantoon for three days. Perfect Summer weather."
"We extremely enjoyed our stay here! Especially the sunroom. We are repeat visitors. The beach is right outside the door, beautiful and private. If you need things to do, the rec room is absolutely full of games and ping pong and foos ball and darts and everything you could want. There are also 3 refrigerators! This year, we actually ventured out and took the glass bottomed boat tour!"

"We are a family of five two dogs. This house was an amazing stay. Spotless, well appointed and good for a long-term stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds comfortable, so we slept in every day. The area is rural, super quiet and relaxing. Very dark sky at night, so a great starry sky. The host, Shannon, was very understanding and flexible with our very late check-in. Good communication throughout. Helpful info on local events and places to go.In the end, nobody wanted to leave, not even the dogs. We are very likely to come back. "
Peaceful Cabin with Boat Dock along the Black River

"We had no cell service on arrival and could not get on VRBO for the code or to make sure we were at the right place but the owner's wife was kind enough to come outside their home next door and help us out. Thank you for that! The cabin was clean and well-stocked. No insects anywhere! No AC but plenty of fans and windows for air flow. Slept comfortably. We caught lots of panfish, smallmouth bass, and rockbass from the dock. We even caught a turtle. Dont worry, he was fine! The kayaks were fun to use! Beautiful river. Most of the time we could see straight to the bottom. Lots of rocks but with water shoes, it was comfortable to walk and swim around in the river. Enjoyed sitting in the provided Adirondack chairs to read and watch the river. Lots of cute little squirrels and great bird watching! Neighbors were very quiet and owners respected our privacy. Our dog enjoyed squirrel watching and swimming. It rained one day off and on so we went downtown and shopped. Downtown Cheboygan is so cute! I do have a suggestion and that is to put blinds up on the windows in the kitchen and living room. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin!"

"What a great time on Grand Lake. We drove up from Ohio for a short weekend of fishing and swimming in the lake and it didn't disappoint. The cabin had everything we needed to grill, swim and fish. The boys were in the kayaks 15 minutes after pulling in. They did their best to catch every perch in the lake. I can't recommend staying here enough. The cabin fit our group of 3 perfectly. The hosts made kayaks and a swimming pad available for the boys to use and left them of a gift to make smores. Just a great stay all around."
