"Filthy room. Hair on clean towels. Refrigerator full of rust and wouldn’t open. Looked like someone lived in that room for a months. Lots of areas with stain that could have been wiped up but evidence that room has not been cleaned at all. "

"The hotel itself is on the smaller side. The lobby is one of the smallest I’ve seen & the breakfast area was pretty small. Breakfast was decent & the kitchen staff was nice. Upon entry into our room it smelled of urine. The floors in the bathroom need to be taken up or they weren’t cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean the floors our first night. My partner pointed out black spots on the ceiling that he thought was mold. I also made the front desk aware of this. There was a light out in the bedroom as well. The mattress in the pullout couch in the living room is severely old and should be replaced. Overall, it was only a one night stay - but I wouldn’t return for a longer stay unless some updates were made. "

"They charged $10 to park even for Marriott platinum. Property is in area of shopping strip malls way outside of town. No reason to charge to park. "
