We had a minor inconvenience in our room ads the heating unit was making a noise that would not stop even when we turned off the unit. The hostess upgraded us to another room ( a suite) and we moved our things and had a good night.

Clean, quite, and well furnished. Staff when out of their way to meet our request.

Great hotel with restaurants within walking distance. Great pool for kids, lots of room. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the room was clean too. Suggest to update mattresses, otherwise, great stay.

Staff was helpful and accommodating

Everything about this hotel is GREAT!

People very friendly nice clean room with a view. Sad that the full service restaurant was not open since covid but many nice restaurant choices within one mile.

Room was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.

A well maintained pet friendly facility. Lowest rates in the area. Very reasonable.

The hotel room was huge, I got the one with stairs and it was beautiful! It had a working fireplace and a full kitchen. The check in woman with the ugly wig was very rude. When I checked out there was a different lady who was nicer. I would definitely RECOMMEND.

This stay was hands down one of the best experiences I have had staying in a hotel, which I do quite often.
