On this stay, it was unpleasant that other guests were smoking in the internal atrium area (where there are no smoking signs), and someone took my clothes out of the guest dryer and left them wet on top of the machine. Very close to Darling Harbour, it will be a good 30 min walk to Circular Quay, but you are close to transport and shops. Check in was great, staff very courteous and they gave me an upgrade (without asking!). Great for families if you can get a multi room stay, and a good central CBD location."
