Island Time's recent renovations include a kitchen remodel with new cabinets and countertop, new flooring on the first level and fresh paint throughout.
The house also offers an outdoor shower, fish-cleaning table, carport with a picnic table and cornhole boards.
On the first level, Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, deck access and a TV. Bedroom #2 has queen bed, a TV, and a DVD player. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a twin trundle, TV and a DVD player. A hall bath is close to the laundry. New flooring throughout first level and new carpet on the stairs installed 2022.
Island Time impresses on the top floor living area with beach views, tall ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a fully remodeled bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a nearby dining area, and access to a screened porch. A large, furnished sundeck provides amazing views of the beach. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to a sound-side deck for admiring the beautiful sunsets. The quiet and safe neighborhood roads provide a walkable beach access for everyone and should make Island Time your top vacation pick.

A private pool will be available for guests to use from April to mid October.
Maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with $150 fee per dog per week.

Parking: Please park in the driveway, maximum 4 vehicles. Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is provided prior to your stay and is reset after each guest's vacation.
