"Overall, it was a pleasant experience however there are a few things which could be improved. The beds were really comfortable and the room was tidy and quiet. However, there weren't many electrical sockets around the bed which makes it even difficult to have your cell phone around you. Make sure you have at least one socket for charging the phone for example or maybe give the guests an extension cord. Secondly, there is no one to attend at the reception desk. As a work around maybe use a bell...
