"There was a bad storm and most of the city lost power. The host was very helpful at making it right. He researched expected length of outage and since was going to be days, referred us to relative who had home with power and got us a refund. Otherwise home was comfortable and good locaruon. Close to parks and restaurants. Would stay here again. "

"Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. "

"They stressed no smoking and locking up when leaving the property. The house had open doors when we arrived and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We left a day before we had to and had to wash/dry clean all our clothes. We had to contact Derrick because the “keyless” locking system had not been programmed. We had to use the “master”number. Supposedly sleeps 6 but 3 or 4 , etc and only 4 chairs at the table. No toaster – breakfast is usually the only meal you want to make at home...

"Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two...

"Thank you so much for having us. The house was easy to get to from the airport. The code worked. I would’ve preferred the check-in code like a week before, but that’s just because I’m weird. It’s not like a bad thing. We got at the day of check-in, which is probably standard procedure. I think we were one of the first guests there. Everything was lovely. I got in late. There was snacks on arrival and coffee. We really appreciated that we had everything we needed. The TVs worked perfectly. The...
