"Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too."

"The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!"

"Condo was excellent for us. Downtown Indy - and on the Canal. Price so much less than the hotels in Indy. Canal beautiful - we walked it everyday. Terrace top a great place to chill in the evening as it overlooks the canal. Pool was clean. Condo had everything we needed - I will stay there again for sure."
