"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The Otter team went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and the hot rooftop pools are a really nice feature. Room was clean and had a great aesthetic and view of the mountains. It’s very walkable to downtown strip of Banff, at about 15 to 20 mins, great to burn off the good eating. Area is quiet next to the hotel and very accessible to get out and head to the various attractions like Lake Louise and Lake Minnewaka. Amazing experience, will definitely stay again."

"This was a perfect hotel, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite a walk to the restaurants in town, although they do have a restaurant on site. It has a lovely pool and hot tub and has chairs and a fire pit outside. "
