"The room had several areas where dust/or rust had built up. The tub didn't drain when showering. Water pressure was low. Pool was out of order, not good when travelling with kids. There was only one elevator working, so I had to take the stairs to and from the 3rd floor several times as there was a large family reunion group staying while I was there. Upon arriving back to the hotel at 11pm, the large group of family reunion participants were gathered outside of the hotel entrance which made it...

"Loved our stay at Hiliday Inn- Hayes Pl. staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and nice. Loved the big bathroom. Our son was able to watch cartoons while my husband and I were able to watch what we wanted in our bedroom. "
