"The breakfast left a lot to be desired"

Roaring River Hideaway-Epic Patio w/HotTub-Gameroom

10/10 Excellent

"This property was amazing. I do wish it had more cooking pans and bowls and utensils as we had a large group. But our whole group really enjoyed the place. We did have issues with getting the hot tub to heat and the host was amazing to get a technician out to get it fixed for us we will definitely rent this property again."

Secluded Woodland Cabin | Eggs & Hot Tub

10/10 Excellent

"If you need a getaway from (motions around) all of this, I highly recommend this little gem. It's a tiny house and absolutely perfect for 2 people and a dog. The back porch with a tub is heaven. If you're lucky enough to be there in the fall (the leaves!), when it's raining (back porch with coffee and rain ), you will not be disappointed. My husband even picked some wild flowers for me! We didn't leave the property, and found ourselves around the campfire one night, and the hot tub another night. Truly now one of my favorite places to stay!"

Cozy home in Bella Vista, AR—by Back 40 trails. Surrounded by woods, spacious.

10/10 Excellent

"This trip to Bella Vista and the stay in Linda’ s cabin-like home was a real retreat and way to escape the world and its tribulations. We refused to watch TV or be on our phones, but went for walks around the neighborhood along with our busy dachshund who kept sniffing everywhere ( until he discovered the armadillo mom and baby by the cabin!) Linda provides so much for her guests’ comfort…and cleanliness everywhere. Linda’s artwork take you into her world which is marked by the seasons in NWA and NE Oklahoma. We arrived on the property in the dark, under rain, thunder and lightning. After we settled in,we sat in the porch until past midnight and sat mesmerized by the spectacle of rain falling in the woods across the road, and an invisible waning moon and the sounds of birds, crickets, cicadas? We went for walks in the evenings absorbing every sound, every scent, everyWe left the property after a walk, a little after sunrise, with thankfulness in our hearts, and ready to brave the long road back to Houston. I write this review 2 twodays after our return- my husband ready to go to OR at Memorial Hermann, my doxie dreaming of encounters with armadillos and me …Blessed is God King of the Universe who took us all the way to Linda’s cabin and brought us home safely.Linda, we never got to identify the trees that surround the cabin - let us know, please."

The Rainbow Trout Cabin, 3-bedroom/2 bath , Dog-friendly, Firepit, Secluded

10/10 Excellent

"The Rainbow Trout Cabin was perfect for our multi-family get away. It was located only a few minutes away from Roaring River State Park and about 15 minutes from Eagle Rock so we were in perfect proximity to everything we needed to do in the area. The cabin was beautiful and exceptionally accommodating. There are 2 main bedrooms that have king sized beds in them and the bathrooms are attached to each bedroom. The upstairs was a large space with 2 full sized beds. This area was designed for kids and it came complete with an oversized beanbag, games, and movies for children. Other thoughtful touches were included throughout the house. Int he main bedrooms were phone charges, large closets, and a pack-n-play. For outside there were roasting sticks, lighter fluid, and firewood. In the kitchen was a large selection of spices, a Keurig stocked with coffee pods, plenty of soap, and trash bags. In the bathroom they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a first aid kit. There was a basket for dog blankets and a souvenir basket with drink cozies, stickers, and sunscreen. The whole cabin was not only cozy but it was wonderfully decorated with items relevant to the main attraction in the area: trout fishing. Every amenity needed was included in this home. I wouldn't consider it secluded, there are neighbors near by, but the area was incredibly peaceful and safe. We heard birds, during the day and owls at night, it was perfect. We definitely hope to stay here again."

2 BR large & cozy apartment, front door & parking both under drive-thru carport

10/10 Excellent

"Neosho is such a cute town. We enjoyed our stay and did allot of walking around the town and to the Fish Hatchery. We booked this place because we were going on a float trip 35 minutes away. This was the perfect weekend getaway with my daughter and grandson!"
