"We went with 10 adults and 4 children ( 10 mths to 4 years old ). Plenty of room to keep everyone happy. Sleeping accommodations were plenty and actually worked out perfect for adults without kids and downstairs for adults with kids. Loved cooking dinner in kitchen and everyone using island as buffet. Plenty of room for 4 trucks and trailers and 2 vehicles. Near store and everything we needed. Thank you again for everything "

"It was awesome only problem we had was trying to sit on those hard stoop at the table to eat and play cards if you had 4 chairs like the two you have in the house it would’ve been an A plus vacation "
"Weather could have been better, but that doesn't ruin anything. Cleaners have to remember to take the old coffee filter out of coffee machine - 2nd vrbo stay, two different places, but same thing."

"Great spot! Cabins were clean and neat when we arrived, property was literally across the street from local store and restaurant, Kineo dock wasn’t even a mile up the road. This spot was ideal for our fishing trip. Highly recommend Roody’s Black Bear Cabins!"
