The property was beautiful and the building itself was so interesting. I really appreciated the way the hotel has modern accommodations, while still maintaining many charming characteristics that make you feel as if you've stepped back in time. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the Veranda and breakfast the next morning in the dining room. Both meals were excellent! The staff was very friendly and someone was always at the front desk for any questions. It was a wonderful experience. If you are a fan of historical TV shows and wish to immerse yourself in one, you should stay here!"
