"We love staying in homes like these that feel like home. This is definitely where you want to have your family reunion so the kids can stay in the bunkhouse, and there is so much to do! The hosts are very responsive at what I thought would be unreasonable hours. We will definitely be back next year for Frio Float Fest 2025!"

"The property facade looked run down, but I was pleasantly surprised that our first-floor room had been renovated. Gone is the filthy carpeting endemic to motels of this class, replaced by a nice, clean, wood-look laminate. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The toilet, shower, and light fixtures worked great. The manager offered to replace our TV remote, but we weren't planning to watch TV during our short stay. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so I can't review that. This property is perfect for a one-night stay to get some rest before continuing your drive."

"We drove in and never started our cars until our departure 3 days later! Headed down to the incredible clear waters of the river EVERYDAY! Just a simple, majestic, getaway to unwind. The owners really do an outstanding job of equipping the house with necessities. This trip was a blessing, full of great memories, and we look forward to coming back!"
