"Clean rooms and good house keeping"

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "Lisa who works the front desk is such an amazing Lady! Rooms were super clean! The food that was prepared by Fabian and served in Chuckwagon dining room was absolutely delicious! This last Friday we were celebrating a birthday and between Lisa and Fabian they set us up in a private dining room! Meant the world to us ! We will definitely be returning! Not because of the ranch, because of Lisa and Fabian!"

"We had a wonderful stay here with family and our 2 dogs. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view on the porch was beautiful and relaxing! We saw a few deer out front one evening. The host was nice with good communication. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We loved everything. We played pickleball, kayaked on the river, enjoyed all of our meals outside under the big oak trees and marveled at the stars by the firepit at night. I only have a few suggestions: the outside table and bar were dirty. The bar table had a huge pile of rocks on it and was covered in leaves and dust and there were no fire pit tools. But these were just minor things and did not cause us to lose any relaxing time. I think a small table top jenga game would be a nice touch...
