"The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK. We had some trouble finding restaurants (other than pizza and bars) that were open in the off season. There is a clear effort to improve the area, but it did have a work in progress vibe. The nearby trail was nice for walking the dog but the first 20-30 minutes was mostly washed out grassy/shrubs before getting into some real woods. We'd consider staying again."
