"The room was clean and all was in good repair. The location was close to Hot Springs (less than 15 minute drive), but on the shore of the lake, which was enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues I had with the property were that there was no freezer in the fridge and the TV was a bit confusing to operate. Overall, it was a good place to stay at a fair price. If I were able,I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars."

"The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was very clean and well kept. Our AC unit was very noisy and leaked water a bit, but tolerable. The coffee in the lobby was abysmal thick acidic swill."
