"We had a small issue upon arrival in our room where the toilet hadn’t been cleaned around the seat, lid and pedestal. We raised this with the front desk who responded very quickly and got it sorted and we also received an apology letter and chocolates. Other than this we had a great time, the hotel is perfectly located, all the staff are excellent, especially Catriona on the front desk who we really liked. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. We are planning on going back in a few months."

"The location is great for being able to walk to a lot of places. The room was a decent size. The breakfast was very good. I did have 1 beef and I don't know if this is something other people would care about, but I'm going to mention it anyways. We had gone to a near-by restaurant (Thai Village - very good food) and we couldn't finish our meals and asked for them to be packed up, which they did. When we got back to the hotel we asked if they could store our left-overs in the fridge as the rooms don't have fridges or microwaves in them as ours do in Canada. We were told only meds can be stored in the fridge. The agent at the counter relented and put them in the fridge for us. Next day after an extremely long excursion (13 hours) we were very tired and just wanted to heat our left-overs up and chill in our room. The staff told us they couldn't heat them up in their microwaves because of liability reasons? What? Liability? She said in case we got sick, they would be liable. What? I told her we would accept all risk and she still wouldn't citing it is a company policy. What a stupid policy! Put microwaves and fridges in the rooms like they have in Canada and most likely the USA then so people can save a little money by not having to purchase all their meals (except breakfast as that is provided). I'm not sure if this is a Holiday Inn policy or city or what but it doesn't make sense to me. I would have given a 5 star review had this not happened."

"Had a fantastic stay at La Mon Hotel. The only negative was the lack of clarity on breakfast times. The time we were told for breakfast differed from the time we were told on booking in. We were lucky to get breakfast as we were just in time, but we saw others being turned away. Otherwise staff were fantastic, service excellent, clean and comfortable!"

"Amazing one of a kind home - we loved it! Ashside cottage was our favorite stay in Ireland for our extended family group vacation. The hosts welcomed us personally with such warmth, and even some lovely local treats (yum!). The property is gorgeous and lush, and the home has been beautifully renovated (if you are a creative craftsperson or a photographer you will love it). The kids ran around and played hide and seek, found all the little statues creatively placed in the masonry, and we made friends with the impressive horses across the fence. Great for families, and very thoroughly appointed with everything needed for a fantastic, comfortable stay. Thank you for your remarkable hospitality Rosemary and Richard."

"We go to Belfast every summer to visit family. This cottage was absolutely perfect for us. So peaceful but ten minutes drive away from some shops and eating places. The cottage is stunning. We would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning next year if it’s available. Thank you so much to Joanne for information about local area and places to eat. We couldn’t have loved it more X"
Beautiful 3-Bed Riverside Townhouse with Parking - Pass the Keys

"Overall the property was as described. We liked to take walks along the Lagan River. Parking was safe and off-road. Very good restaurant and coffee shop nearby and easy walking distance. Liked the multiple levels with different interaction areas. The primary bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed but the upstairs bedrooms are a tight squeeze for any couples. Also need move towels for the two bedrooms upstairs and also needed more than one towel for drying dishes….give two or three towels for drying dishes. Would recommend the quiet location yet a close drive to a large mall with a Marks and Spencer store which was great for food provisions. Also quite a close drive to see the Titanic Museum."
