"Staff is great. There was this gentleman, I beleive his name is Tim, was helping everybody. With luggage, with questions, he even helped me push my luggage into my room. I once worked at a Ritz Catlton, I know what good customer service looks like. These guuys are the best. That includes the Front Desk."

"We absolutely loved our family suite room. The kids had a space themed room with their own tv, and they were so happy. There was ample space and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The only thing we could complain about was that the fitted sheets for all the beds were too small and kept coming off (which is a very small issue). "
