"The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. "Wonderful direct oceanfront location on Melbourne Beach. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The beach is quiet and secluded with miles of walking in either direction. It was a great surprise to see two right whales and dolphins just offshore. Right whales are endangered, so it was a rare treat to see them breaching only 400 feet away! "Lovely accommodations. Our group of 5-6 adults comfortably. The house is spacious, full stocked and just a short walk to beach access, shops and food. We rented electric bikes around the corner, hit the beach, and my young adult girls frequented the coffee shop (Surfinista - a block away) during our stay. We highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. "

"The duplex was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. It's very clean and it's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The fenced backyard was a perfect place for the adults to lounge and the kids to play safely. There are great restaurants, coffee and ice cream within walking distance. Leah was a wonderful host and she answered any email and or phone calls promptly. We would stay here again!"
