"Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Grey Gull Cottage. The huge porch and amazing view were the highlights of the trip. The house is well-outfitted, and although the kitchen is very small, it is a pleasure to cook in! Swimming off the rocks was a blast, but if you have small kids the public beach right next to the house would be a perfect spot to spend the day. In retrospect, it might not have been the best house for my 96-year-old mother-in-law as all the bathrooms (as well as bedrooms)...

"This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently.
