"Victoria was very helpful and pleasant whom she obtained check-in information from me for late arrival. Well done on her part! In term of the unit, it was clean but dish washer was not working, the carpet is soiled and dirty looking, balcony furniture was disgustingly dated and stained, dining table was sticky, balcony floor is dirty. Overall my impression of the unit is dirty and dated. The best was the bedding, comfortable bed and thick towels."

The unit was in a lovely quiet location & easy walk to the beach plus had all the comforts of home, even a few cooking condiments for use as well.Will definately be on our accommodation list, when visiting Yeppoon again."

"Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. "
