Find yourself right on the sand at this serene, oceanfront getaway in Rockaway Beach! This home sits between the ocean and Lake Lytle and is also located less than a mile from groceries, coffee shops, quaint boutiques, and restaurants.

Spread out over two floors, this spacious, family-friendly home boasts two separate, sunlit living areas, both with comfortable seating and TVs for casual channel surfing or movie nights with the help of the media library and DVD players. You'll also find a number of puzzles, board games, and books to keep everyone entertained no matter the season.

Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the table for six or the breakfast bar.

When you're up for a little friendly competition, head out to the garage for games of Ping-Pong. This home also includes a firepit in the back yard for evening gatherings and a private washer/dryer to keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful view

Beach access from house is climbing down big rocks. It was doable for our group ages 7 through 72, but some could have difficulty. Beautiful views from the house and fire pit area for those that can’t climb.

Spectacular View!

Perfect Views!!

This house had amazing views and great amenities! The location was great and easy to walk to the town of Rockaway Beach! Kitchen had wide variety of seasonings and many pots, pans, and appliances. Our family of 8 was very comfortable staying there.

Awesome views

We loved the stunning ocean view from the big windows. The location right on the water was amazing. The layout of the house was great for us traveling with 2 families. We loved our time here! However, it’s hard to tell from the photos that there are large rocks between the house yard and the beach. It was fine for my husband and I to climb down, but my in laws in the their 70s had to walk to the access road a few houses down the road to walk down the stairs to the beach.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our family had a spectacular time at the Breeze Inn. We were a three generational crowd and there was something for everyone. The beach was accessible, the house was clean and well adapted for our group, lots of beach toys, puzzles, and ping pong table. The fire pit was lovely and was so close to the beach we didn’t have to carry all the fire fixings down to the beach. Thanks so much for an awesome time.

Views, Views, Views!

The room and bed accommodations were excellent. Everything was as described. The views were amazing. You can not access the beach easily unless you walk down the street. Bring your fishing gear too! Easy stroll to the lake across the street! Will stay here again if available!!! Loved it so much!!!

The property and view are fantastic. The only issues TV and remotes were hard to navigate. The sinks and tubs had slow drains. Overall the property and stay was wonderful and a great way to bring in the new year.

Misleading home description ruined our family vacation

The split level of the home allowed for our extended family to sleep on a separate floor giving us some privacy. Unfortunately the hide a bed downstairs was broken and Vacasa never sent anyone to fix it so we had to crowd kids into beds with adults

Wonderful home

Great location, fantastic views of the ocean and fairly easy beach access. The house is well maintained and stocked with so many essentials. Plastic cups and plates for the kids, beach toys, kites, backpacks, games, extra blankets and pillows. A small picnic or outdoor table would be appreciated. The views are fantastic from the back patio/ fire pit and a table would have made having meals outside a bit easier. The rooms are accommodating and large, we had our toddler on a blow up mattress beside the bed and still had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this house.

It was a great location with a great view..

My family stayed here for 5 days. It was great. We enjoyed the views, the beach, and the house. My only complaint is actually with the property manager, but I won’t ding the property owner for it. Two of the cooking pans were not cleaned very well. This was the second Vacasa in a row where we had to clean the pans before using them. That is unacceptable to me.

Great view!

We liked this property pretty well, with only a few exceptions: many cooking pans were dirty-I know this is because of previous renters but kinda gross. The smoke alarm decided to ‘Test’ at 6am. Other things to note: 3 outside chairs were broken upon arrival, garbage outside full-I didn’t see to call about this until I was looking about checkout, we didn’t see anything about recycling, broken fan in the bedroom,. These comments did not effect our pleasure in staying in this property. A plus I’d like to mention is the quantity of dishes, cutlery and pots/pans, and towels! Thank you for that!

Great views, great location!

We absolutely loved the location and amenities of this beach house. It was an easy walk to town and we didn’t mind climbing down the rocks to the beach, renter beware, easier beach access is about a block away. When we arrived the smoke alarms were chirping because of a low battery and we got immediate help with that, which was awesome. Unfortunately a few days later the alarms started chirping while we were away. By the time we returned and reached out to Vacasa it was the end of the work day and we got little response. I ended up being the one to climb on a kitchen stool to remove the smoke alarm myself. Normally not a difficult task except these alarms are wired in so it was tricky. We were understandably a little frustrated with the lack of help from Vacasa about the smoke alarms. Also, if you plan to cook your own food several of the pans are quite rusty and that made it more challenging. There was no teapot. We like tea so microwaving a cup at a time was not ideal. All this being said, we would still stay here again. Many positives! Just be aware when renting that it isn’t an “easy” step out onto the beach and the pans/skillets are a little gross. But if you are agile and plan to eat out a lot then this place would be perfect!

Great House, bad service

The house is great, unbeatable view, well equipped (could use a BBQ, real glassware, and allow use of fireplace though), spacious, and very welcoming! Flashlights and extra batteries were very much appreciated (see below). However, during our stay, we lost power due to a storm during the first evening, for about 1 hour. Then, on the second day, we lost power again around 1 pm, as did most in a wide area in Tillamook County. After calling Vacasa for 40 min, we were told to contact VRBO instead to get help with modifying/cancelling our reservation and talk about refund. Waiting time was >30 min to get somebody in the line at VRBO. As we had no way to recharge our phones, we kept the battery left for emergency. After running out of hot water and as we and our 5-year-old were getting cold in the house after a night without heat and with no end to the power outage in sight, we decided to leave the rental for good in the morning of the third day, shortening our stay by two nights. All the food we brought and put in the fridge also started to get bad after about 20 hours in the fridge without power and most was wasted. Power seemed to have been restored late in the evening of the third night only... As we were not able to enjoy that rental almost at all, we contacted both Vacasa and VRBO to ask for partial refund or credit. Still no answer. If you find a way to rent this house not through these platforms, we'd advise to do so!
