Located in the Manhattan Beach area of Rockaway, this three-bedroom home boasts ocean views and easy walking distance to a huge expanse of pristine beach. Great local restaurants are just minutes away and the home offers convenient access to crabbing, hiking, and fishing. A private deck comes furnished for outdoor living and four-legged family members will appreciate the fully enclosed dog-lawn right outside the home. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after trips to the beach.

The bright, updated interior comes well-appointed for modern family living with fresh design and new home appliances. Plush sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area while the front foyer comes equipped with a day bed for cozy afternoon reading or naps. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances are ready to handle any mealtime needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Thanksgiving vacation!

A great house in a wonderful little neighborhood with great beach access. The home was very well stocked with kitchenware, supplies, and great for those with dogs. We loved the ample seating options and found the home very comfy and cozy, with room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Location

We love the location of this home. A short drive to town, ocean view, and so close for all ages to walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is so smart for cleaning up after fun on the beach. This was our second stay and we were glad to be back!

Wonderful location

Perfect stay in Rockaway!

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 7 people and 2 dogs in our party and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun long weekend. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the home was spotless upon arrival, every appliance and kitchen gadget we needed was available, and it just overall felt very welcoming and comfortable (especially for traveling with the dogs!). Looking forward to another stay here!

great beach house!

Such a nice, updated, house. The beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a nice yard for our dogs and a great deck and BBQ.

My mother, two sons (+friend), partner and I enjoyed this place so much. The openness of the kitchen and living area greatly facilitated a sense of togetherness as we cooked, ate, and hung out. The closeness of the beach was a huge plus; so nice to go there and back easily. View of the ocean from the kitchen was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean. Great location

House was at an amazing location. Right next to the beach, with a beach view from the kitchen sink! They also provided four beach chairs, and lots of beach toys, beach towels, and a yoga mat which was nice. Plenty of shower towels as well. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but there was definitely some deep cleaning things have clearly have not been done in a while like dusting. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, and even had an adjustable base. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, quiet, and close!

The house was super cute and fit all our needs, and included AC which was GREAT in the heat wave we had! House had sand toys and chairs, and an outdoor shower which made getting clean after the beach a cinch. And the best part - it was super close to the beach! And had a bench at the top of the beach entrance, which was perfect for watching the sunsets.

Great setting! Our kids brought their dog fenced front yard and deck perfect for him! Short walk to a fantastic beach. Kitchen lacked certain items and ice maker was not working. Plenty of towels for all of us with throw blankets we appreciated! We would stay again!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It's just outside of town, so it is quiet and there's no traffic on the dead-end street. The beach is just steps away, just on the other side of the house next door. You can fall asleep to the sound of surf. Very relaxing!

Great Family Getaway

Our family group consisted of three adults, a seven year old, and two labradors. The house fit us perfectly! The proximity to the beach is outstanding. The neighbors are friendly. The house is beautiful and has a fabulous ocean view from the kitchen. We hope to return to this house again in the future! You won’t be disappointed with this house!

The ocean view from the kitchen was great. Location is quiet and quick access to beach. Couches are the good kind of sink down into. Bed was a comfortable. Nice fully fenced in yard. Only downside was the fireplace being "emergency use only". The listing sure makes it seem like it's part of the rental. It is not until you book that they tell you it's not. I would be back just not in the colder months.

Relaxing beach stay

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps away from the beach. Very friendly neighbors, who gave us lots of good suggestions for area restaurants. The house itself was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. Lots of little touches, like mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap came in handy. Loved being able to open the windows at night and hear the ocean waves. Our dog loved the fenced yard. My only minor complaint, is there was no central AC. It was a small wall unit in the main living area, so the back of the house got warm on the hotter days we were there. But I guess it's pretty rare for such hot days to occur in the PNW coast.
