"We arrived at the cottage after a 12 hr drive looking forward to just going to bed. The place is super cute, very beachy and steps always from the ocean. We were excited to stay there. As soon as we looked at the couch we noticed how dirty it was, had tons of pet & human hair on it and stains, looked like tomato sauce. Then we opened it up and there was dirty napkins inside.
