"We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and...

"Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

It was nice and peaceful and such a great location for exploring all the lovely things Cornwall has to offer. The children felt happy there and have already asked if we can go again! "My family and I had an amazing vacation at this incredible well appointed Lodge. So conveniently located for all the main attractions and only a stones throw from the beaches on both sides of Cornwall. The creeks are amazing, and the setting of the Lodge is so tucked away and private with every mod con that you need. We loved it here and enjoyyed heading off for walk from the Estate. As a family we couldnot recommend highly enough! Thanks to all of the Lodge team for an experience to remember!"

"The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable. The site manager checked in on us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed Ideally situated for easy reach of Charlestown Fowey etc. if I had to pick up anything it would be that we were a family with 3 cars and there was only really room for 2 outside the...
