"The hotel was very conveniently located near everything in downtown Annapolis. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The windows in my room did not face the street or anything outside, we had a view of a common area in the lobby. It made the room dark, but it would not stop me from staying there again. I would just request a room with a street view."

"The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property! "
