"The place has worked well size wise for our family. It was not very clean and the AC was finicky (very cold in the bedrooms area and hot on the main floor), so we ended up turning it off — luckily we visited at the end of the summer, so this wasn’t an issue. The place, especially bedrooms and washrooms, could use some touch ups as they are a bit dated. The communication with our contact has been great up to a point, then it stopped. "We had an amazing week at Sparrow's Haven! The place was beautiful, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. With three adults and two kids, there was plenty of space, and we felt super relaxed. The location was perfect, and our hosts were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!!"
