"My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! The property is gorgeous and the location is ideal for us. I had to reach out to the hotel on the day of check in. I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! We hadn’t received an email with check-in information (room number or access code), but that’s because we booked through Expedia. Expedia provided the hotel with the Expedia email address, not mine… and they made no attempt to forward the information to me. The staff member from the hotel was very friendly and helpful. She immediately provided the info I needed and had the check-in email sent to the correct email address. I really couldn’t be happier with our stay here! "

"The hotel was easy to access with dining possibilities and shopping near by. I can't remember a whole lot but that only means our stay was problem free. The were accommodating in allowing us to book the room for an additional night and staff were friendly."
