"Our room was beautiful, clean and well supplied. The toiletries, bathroom and shower were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The closets were excellent and very clean. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff was very nice. We appreciated being next to the National Park and had a wonderful half day tour with Jose from Discovering Donana. The property and many seating areas were lovely. I especially loved all the bird themes. It was a wonderful place that we would love to return to in the future. El Rocio is very unique and interesting"

"This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time! I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better. Rooms and all public areas are very clean, the food is good and the control of the reserved sunbeds continues to be a plus, a special thank you to Miguel who was the control and always made sure there were beds available for everyone."
