Elizabeth was a great host — quick to respond and checked in a couple times to make sure I had what I needed. The place was clean, well kept, and honestly felt like home. Would definitely stay here again. Location's great too — quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cute house/condo in quiet neighborhood. Really appreciated having a connected garage. Easy to get around Rochester from there. You can walk to the Genesee River and some restaurants. The powder room on first floor was convenient and it was nice to have a second sink and toilet. Nice walk-in closet in the bedroom, which is a loft. AC worked well. Appreciated nightstand fan in bedroom, as I always sleep with a fan on. All new appliances in kitchen, which is small but has everything you need.

I always appreciate a place that looks and has been bleach clean. Everything was spotless. Good and quick communication with the owner. My only feedback for improvement would be the couch could be more comfortable, provide more seating like a loveseat or a comfy chair. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could use an upgrade to a plush pillows. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Safe parking in private garage on lower level, access via alley Upstairs bedroom is open to room below. The small quiet fan at bedside was a plus for me. The small galley kitchen was perfect for one person.

Excellent experience in every way

The condo was exactly as described; very nice neighborhood, neat & modern unit, well-supplied with clean, new appliances (including coffeemaker, a variety of coffee pods, well-stocked cabinets with glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., even snacks on the kitchen table!). Very easy communication with the property owner, who quickly answered any questions that I had.

We could not stay at this great condo because of the air freshener was too strong. The manager was very kind and responsive.

Plus: Nice neighborhood, washer/dryer, security Minus: Upstairs Safety--Next to the bed, the barrier (guard rail) is so low that we were fearful of a possibility to fall overboard down to the first floor injuring fatally. We moved the king size bed away from the edge but not far away enough. Besides, the bed was too soft to cause back pains to both of us after one night. So for two weeks the wife slept on the upstairs floor--with wall-to-wall thick carpet, while the husband slept in the downstairs couch that smelled of human sweat. We strongly recommend children and anyone with sleep-walking disorder sleep downstairs. Minus: "high-speed Internet was NOT really high speed with adequate bandwidth. First, the network name was not informed. After a self-search the only viable network did not provide a fast Internet connection!! Not securely connected. We ended up buying a LAN cable to connect to the PC. Wife was unfortunate as to having only a device with WiFi only. Our inquiry about the Internet connection was not well addressed by the owner. Minus: Among "well stocked" coffee and cream and condiments, the coffee cream was apparently deteriorated. We stopped using any of those supplied, except paper towels.

Cozy and Unique

I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids.

عناصر لم تنل الإعجاب: ⁦النظافة⁩، و⁦وسائل الراحة⁩، و⁦حالة المنشأة ومرافقها⁩
First, they accused us of stealing a raggedy blanket and tried to overcharge us for it. Then, we discovered that all parking is on the main street because the garage is laughably small, only suitable for clown cars. The place itself is tiny and cramped. After spending two days there, we found bugs, dirt, and dust on much of the clutter on the chairs and shelves. Despite the limited living space (500 sq ft downstairs and 400 sq ft in the loft/bedroom), it's crammed with furniture and even an exercise bike—who needs an exercise bike in such a small space? There’s no WiFi, and no TV platforms are provided. To make matters worse, we brought our 17-year-old deaf son, and they immediately accused us of having unapproved guests, even though their profile states that children 0-17 are allowed. We were dropping him off at RIT, and they spied on us using their Ring camera. After disputing the false blanket charge, the accusation of extra guests, the filth, the limited street parking in a sketchy area, and the constant surveillance, they posted pictures of us from their Ring camera or another camera on the property! I strongly recommend NOT staying here—it’s a nightmare experience. P.S. After our stay, I found more people online who had similar terrible experiences. The limited reviews show that no one wants to leave a positive review.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene
