Nice Property

Very nice property, well supplied kitchen, lots of the 'little' things you might need, scissors, spices, laundry soap, etc. We were staying there for a visit to the Mayo Clinic. When we discovered we needed to stay longer than the original reservation we were able to extend our stay with ease.

We couldn't use the deck because the neighbors dogs barked at us continuously. The ice maker apparently didn't work. Backing out into the street was very dangerous. Overall it just felt dingy.

Scary incident, House on main road

As a single mom and handicapped daughter, we had a safety concern and had to flee immediately upon check-in due to a suspicious man screaming "die people die" outside the house. Unfortunately It's been weeks and I still have not been reimbursed for this terribly scary incident. The home sits on a main street with a sidewalk out front, and is extremely close to the neighbors in the back who are pretty loud. The house was very nicely kept but was mostly original carpet and fixtures resembling the 70s. Everyone was very nice but I'm very disappointed in the ability and priority of the property management company to refund me and keep me safe. ??!!

Quality Rental

We rented this home for 5 days while receiving treatment at Mayo. The home was as advertised: large, clean, and excellent location less than 10 minutes from downtown and the Clinic.

Functional House

This property met our needs following my daughter’s major surgery at Mayo. We needed to stay in Rochester for 10 days and appreciated the affordability of this home. It is no frills but very functional. The air conditioning worked great, lots of hot water, new washer and dryer, and big refrigerator. There is no dishwasher so bring paper plates, cups and forks. Kitchen has what you need—we brought a coffee pot as I don’t like Kuerig coffee. Plenty of linens, pillows, towels, and washcloths. The 2 bathrooms are on different levels and we liked that. One bedroom on the lower level and 2 on the upper level. There is an office on the lower that could be used as a bedroom and there was an air mattress. We brought an electric recliner as my daughter needed it; otherwise there wouldn’t have been enough furniture. There was no cheese slicer or grater but we made do. Very convenient to Hwy 52, the Mayo Clinic, and lots of restaurants. We loved Flapdoodles Ice Cream which is very close. Thank you!

Spacious house with loads of amenities

Super, easy check-in process. Very clean house. With just three of us, we had room to spare. Kitchen contains lots of appliances - toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, slow cooker as well as large fridge, oven and microwave. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are good, especially the north bedroom which was a bit firmer and more to my liking. Laundry had the same washer/dryer combo I have at home! Bonus: detergent and fabric softener is supplied. Two car garage with remote control door opener is awesome, especially in winter/inclement weather. Large elevated deck with a BBQ is great in the summer. The house is a split level so may not be suitable for someone challenged by stairs but for a large family group or an old guy who snores and gets kicked out of bed by his wife at 3:00am every night and needs another bed to sleep in, it’s great!

Nice place to stay!

Easy to find home off a major road. All the shopping and restaurants a person would need. The space was perfect for our needs compared to a hotel. I would stay here again! I had no communication with the property manager so I gave it 2 stars.

The house was clean, equipped for all our needs, conveniently located to Mayo Clinic. The deck and gas grill were nice additions. My daughter had appointments all week at Mayo Clinic, it was nice to have a house instead of a hotel after long days at the Clinic. The owner was very accommodating and quickly answered our questions.

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean, and was in a great location. We had plenty of room. I was able to get a hold of the contact person, as I was having trouble finding the house. My only negative comment is that the shower head was not great. Definitely need to replace that. The water doesn' t even cover your whole body. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
