Hope is only 2 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 7 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 1 bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. 3 bedrooms up and bath. 1 bathroom downstairs. All queen size beds. Over 2,118 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 5 steps to get into the home. We are only 2-3 blocks from restaurants, a mall, and soon a grocery store. House was built 1900 so floors creak. Head clearance on steps is lowered. We also have many additional houses downtown.

There are 5 steps to get in the house with 1 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. And one more additional bathroom downstairs. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds and alarm clocks. We also have a fan, pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. All bathrooms have walk in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.
There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. You may watch TV in a heat/massage chair in the living room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.
In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use.
No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard or front porch if you need to smoke. Put cigarette butts in the metal container. Pets are allowed with approval and paid pet fee.
Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.
