"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

"Although not particularly close to restaurants the location worked really well for us. The accommodation we were in (1bed family/sleep6) was slightly smaller than the ones in the photos but ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers prepared to use a bunk bed in a room that was not technically a bedroom, probably due to it’s size, but worked well for us. "Nice staff, very clean, everything you needed in kitchen, spa facilities very good, everything made very easy. "

"We stayed on the Pichu wing. Everything was ok. You have to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags ect, which I felt was strange. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a toaster, stove top and microwave. We did cook a full meal one night for fun. The on-site restaurants are not worth it. "Apartment just like on the pictures. Good size for 2 adults and 1 kids. 2 kids would be okay but no more than that. Not too much storage. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Appliances such hairdryer, raclette grill, fondue are available upon request at the front desk. Spa/jacuzzi is a plus. Red slopes is few feet from the lodging pretty frozen at 9am but that’s the only way if you don’t want to walk 6-7 min"
