"The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. If one of us was unable to climb stairs, I would have requested to move to another floor and I am sure they would have done what they could to accommodate us. On the upside, there was literally no one else up on the 4th floor with us! The beds were comfy, the AC unit worked well, the ice machine worked just fine, so overall, I would say we had a good stay! Even with the elevator issue, I would stay here again. They can’t control when equipment malfunctions! "

"I mean, this is not a 5-star hotel, but it's really great for the price your in Brady, in the middle of nowhere, and if you don't feel like spending $200 a night at the Holiday Express, you can't beat this place. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are clean, the TV works, the fridge works, and the microwave works. It's an excellent bang for your buck. I stay here every time I come to Brady. "
