"Close to downtown mall . Staff provided excellent customer service. Check in was quick and when notified that we needed a refill of hand wash, the staff responded right away. My only negative take away are the bath towels were in need of good fabric softener. "

"Almost everything went well until the last night. A group of younger people had. A birthday party in a room down the hall from the room. Losts of noisy after 1A. Pd call after 230A. And again at 5A, one of the group knocked on door. Being woke up several times that morning. "

"Are stay started all out. Okay, then our last day, we had our continental breakfast. And we got to meet one of the staff that takes care of the breakfast cleaning, making sure people flip their waffles. And whatnot extremely rude character, extremely rude, not a good representation of the facility. Whatsoever, we've decided not to take further action against this employee. Rather document and let people form their own opinion on this particular individual."
