Good to know:
BBQ not allowed on the property.
Residential and holiday accommodation: terrace and outdoor spaces are not suitable for the storage of professional equipment or work.
A security camera, permanently active at the entrance, protects the premises (insurance reasons).
If rental 1 month = a cleaning is necessary on the 15th of the month.

A cleaning visit is provided every two weeks, invoiced separately (payable before access to the place).
