"All was fine - rooms, food and etc. The only downside was staff in lobby - sitting outside in the evening very slow service, does not pay attention and walk pass you... Also gym has lots of cardio, but no benches, there are some dumbbells, bot no adjustable bench, no barbell bench"

"We were a large group of extended family. Check in was easy; Benedetto met us there and gave us a tour. The streets are not well-lit, or really lit at all, and the street signs are practically nonexistent, so a couple people in our group who didn’t get there until after dark got lost at first. The three villas were clean and we had everything we needed to cook for our group. However, most of the pots and pans were very much the yard sale variety. The yard was spacious and there was plenty of outdoor seating.The pool was wonderful—very large for a private house and we all loved it. Be sure to bring plenty of bug spray, as the mosquitoes are numerous. The beach, train station and supermarket are all an easy walk from the villa. "

"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. "

"We were two families (8 persons, kids in ages 3-8) that spent one week in Marcos house. The house is clean and spacious and comes with everything that is needed for the stay. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. Dinners and evenings are very nice to spend on the big terrace with an impressive view over the landscape and sea. When arriving Marco was welcoming and also helpful with different things throughout the week. His lovely parents live on the first floor of the house and was also very helpfull when needed. The house is surrounded by big cultivation areas and his parents was generous with giving us fresh tomatoes and home made lemon granita. From the house it is easy to reach both Trapani and Termini Imerese for excursions and shopping. We also visited Cefalù for one day, which is only one hour drive. The autostrada passes by close to the house and makes some noise, but nothing that was disturbing to us. Only thing to put on the wish list is some more equipment in the kitchen since we cooked most of our own meals. The beds are very hard, but that tend to be a thing here and not just for this place (compared to Scandinavian beds). Between 2-4 in the afternoon every day it is siesta and we were asked to be a bit more quiet. We found it a little bit annoying the first day since the kids wanted to be outside and play, but for the other days it matched our lunch time and paus from the sun. All in all we had a great week and can warmly recommend a stay there"

"It’s not walking distance from the beach but if you have a car it’s conveniently located. Very quiet area. The whole facility is very nice. Great food, great bar, great staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay "
