"We knew nothing about the area as we were heading for the ferry to Sicily. This is definitely a resort area and it was past the season so the town and surrounding areas were pretty deserted. This wonderful "hotel" was still operating and it was absolutely perfect!! They also had a wonderful breakfast that was included. We basically had the whole resort to ourselves."

"The location is great if you’re staying in Letojanni, and the views are breathtaking! The staff are really nice too. However, the hotel needs some renovation, and cleanliness could be improved (eg stains on the towels). We also had exactly the same breakfast every day for a week, which was quite annoying."

"We stayed here as a base to discover Sicily by car. It has plenty of parking, generous breakfast, nice pool. Perfect for active vacation or pool hangouts. The property has also a nice view of Etna."

"I loved this place . Their service and amenities perfect and the best best view of Taormina."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Super happy with my stay here, would definitely recommend!"

"Great location and great staff. The rooms varied greatly. We had three rooms. Poor, fine and excellent."

"The hotel could do with a refresh for a four star hotel. It’s a bit battered around the edges. However, it is clean and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was good."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value, Convenient Location, but Room for Improvement The Hellenia Yachting Hotel offers good value, especially if you’re driving and looking for a convenient base to explore Taormina and the surrounding area. There’s a convenience store and a great gelato shop nearby, although you’ll need to drive to reach the main beach area. The hotel has an impressive marble interior, though the decor is somewhat dated. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but cleanliness could have been...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring. The location was perfect, right by the sea and not far from the cable car that takes you up into the city. It was also very easy to access. We slept very well, and the breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is outdated and should consider a refurbishment. The website does not reflect the actual appearance. Could hear the traffic from my room so very noisy. The breakfast and dinner buffet, tasteless and cold. The swimming was closed since it required a good cleaning."

"Love the location and the view of the balcony rooms. Grounds were excellent and beautiful property. It’s an older hotel with vintage vibe but makes you feel like you are in true Italy. Well maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend."

"Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast."
