"The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"Villa Cardinali tucked away in the Roman hills, was magical. We visited with our married children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. A family of 12. The villa accommodated us very well with its beautifully appointed spacious old-world rooms. There is a pool, and this was a real plus especially for the children! "I agree with all previous reviews, a most beautiful house in a wonderful and very peaceful location. We enjoyed daily outings to Rome, Tivoli, Rieti, Ostia Antica and Farfa - coming back home to our lovely swimming pool. "The property was amazing the pool was big and we had lots of fun there the owners were so helpful and friendly the local town was close and had everything you need restaurants and local shoes etc. the views were superb Rome is only an hour drive perfect place we will be returning at some point thankyou"

"We had a great stay. Both the room and bathroom are very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread is great, eggs, cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruit, etc. We had a rental car and they have a parking lot and garage on location for free. Staff is friendly, they gave our daughter an ice cream while we settled the room bill. Would highly reccomend."
